2. Payment Terms
- Consulting Fees: All fees for services will be outlined in the service agreement or proposal provided to you. Payment is due in full upon acceptance of the agreement, and before any consulting services are provided, unless otherwise specified.
- Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via credit card, bank transfer, check, cash, or crypto.
- Late Payments: If payment is not received by the agreed-upon due date, late fees may apply. The Company reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are cleared.
3. All Sales Final - No Refunds Policy
- No Refunds: By engaging in our services, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. Once payment is made, no refunds, cancellations, or credits will be provided under any circumstances. This includes all consulting fees, service packages, and other charges related to the services we provide.

4. Client Responsibilities

6. Limitation of Liability
- No Guarantees: CJLP Capital Solutions provides consulting services based on professional experience, expertise, and available data, but does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. The Company is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use or implementation of our advice or services.
- **Limitation**: In no event shall CJLP Capital solutions’ liability exceed the amount paid by you for the services rendered under the agreement.
7. Termination
- Termination by Client: You may choose to terminate our services at any time; however, as stated in our No Refunds policy, no refunds will be issued for services rendered or any payments made up until that point.
- Termination by the Company: CJLP Capital Solutions reserves the right to terminate the consulting agreement at its discretion, particularly if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions or if cooperation with the Client becomes unfeasible. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
8. Dispute Resolution
